How Our Repair Service Works

Step 1

  1. Buy our services by clicking the buy now button, or contact Us if you want to use another payment method like Money Order or COD Collect On Delivery.
  2. After buying our services, If you paid with your credit card or paypal you will be directed to a page where you can download a work form that you have to include with your shipment. Click here to go to that page directly

  3. Remove your Cluster from your vehicle if you haven't done that yet. Contact Us if you need help or instructions to remove the cluster in your vehicle, Most of the times this process takes no more than 10 minutes.
  4. Mail your cluster to the address provided in the top of the work form that you have to download and include it with your shipment.

Step 2

  1. We will pick up your cluster at the post office.
  2. We will proceed to disassemble, clean, repair, and re-calibrate the gauges in your  instruments cluster.
  3. Your cluster will be repacked and taken back to de post office to be delivered by the mailing service agreed.

Step 3

  1. Once you receive your cluster back you can proceed to re-install it in your vehicle and be on your way.
  2. Contact me if you have any problems with the instruments panel installation.
  3. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please let us know to make it right.

Why should you choose a full rebuild over a single gauge repair?.

If you are having problems with any gauge in your instruments cluster and your vehicle belongs to the 2003 to 2006 GM family, the problem is likely to be related to the stepper motors that drive the gauges in your instrument cluster. All the gauges are driven by the same type and model of stepper motors and over the time what is happening to the gauge with the erratic behavior will happen to the rest of the gauges. We highly recommend that you replace all the motors once and avoid being in the same situation again in the future.
